Every cart line I watched still capped by hand. CleanCore flips the problem: pre-capped 510s, filled upside-down through a self-healing mouthpiece membrane. Needle in, dose in, seal closes like a vial. Machines from Trapper’s Delight (one at a time) to two-hundred-at-a-time racks. About 1,200 finished carts an hour on the big cell.
